When candidate or interviewee enters the room for the interview he feels nervous. He understands that he going to sit in front of strangers who will perhaps be not kind enough in their assessment of his personality. The interviewers understand this situation so in the start they put some basic questions to enhance interviewee confidence.

But it is better to prepare beforehand for all possible questions because sometimes it happens that you know the answer but when asked suddenly you cannot decide from where to start answering. May this be helpful.

Tips For Answering These Questions
- Enter room with full confidence.
- While answering speak in your natural way.
- Your answers should be relevant to questions.
- You should not get confused on complicated questions put to you.
- Don't get unnerved at any moment but maintain balance of mind to the very end.
- While talking to the interviewer you should look into his eyes without starring.
- Your tone should be keen, lively and cheerful while talking to the interviewer.
- Try to laugh with the interviewer, not on the interviewer.
- You should only say what you know exactly, never make hazard guesses.
- You must know moments of listening and talking.
- Never try to cheat or criticize the interviewer.
- You should look for moments to describe your accomplishments most tactfully and subtly.
